Gustavo G. Velasquez, MD

I am 68 years old, born and graduated as physician and surgeon in Guatemala in 1980. Political turmoil in Guatemala took me to the USA in 1981. After passing the National Medical Boards in the USA, I did a year of training in Surgery at UCLA in California and then completed my training in Family Medicine at University of New Mexico.

I have 20 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. I am an Advanced Trauma Life Support instructor for the American College of Surgeons, Board Certified in Family Medicine and practicing Urgent Care and Family Medicine via Teleconferences starting in January 2025. I am bilingual English / Spanish and licensed to practice medicine in the States of Arizona, Texas and Utah where I live.
